About The Position

Always Best Care Senior Services – ABQ/RIO is seeking compassionate, dependable, and experienced PRN Caregivers to provide high-quality care to seniors in Santa Fe, New Mexico. This is a PRN (as-needed) position designed for caregivers who want to earn an excellent hourly rate while maintaining flexibility in their schedules. We are looking for reliable professionals who are passionate about helping seniors remain safe, comfortable, and independent.

Requirements

• Have a genuine passion for caring for seniors
• Are dependable, professional, and compassionate
• Can accept PRN or as-needed assignments in the Santa Fe area
• Have reliable transportation
• Maintain a valid driver's license and active auto insurance
• Can successfully complete required background screening
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and the care team
• Understand that reliability is essential when a senior is depending on you

Nice To Haves

• Previous caregiving, home care, CNA, HHA, PCA, assisted living, or related healthcare experience is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Providing companionship and meaningful social interaction
• Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Mobility and transfer assistance
• Meal preparation and light housekeeping
• Medication reminders
• Transportation and errands, when required
• Observing and reporting changes in a client's condition
• Providing dependable, compassionate support to clients and their families
