In this role, you’ll support residents with daily living needs such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, meals, hydration, companionship, and engagement. You’ll also observe and report changes in residents’ condition, follow individualized care plans, and help maintain a safe, comfortable environment. We’re looking for compassionate Caregivers with experience in assisted living, memory care, or senior care who want meaningful work and the chance to make a real difference every day. Requirements

1 year experience as a Caregiver in an assisted living, memory care or home care setting.
Able to work weekends.
Excellent work ethic.
Great assessment skills.
Interested in learning and growing your skill set.

Responsibilities

Support residents with daily living needs such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, meals, hydration, companionship, and engagement.
Observe and report changes in residents’ condition.
Follow individualized care plans.
Help maintain a safe, comfortable environment.
Diligently complete paperwork.
