Requirements

Previous caregiving, CNA, home health aide, or personal care experience required
Compassionate, dependable, and professional attitude
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to provide quality, client-centered care
Reliable transportation preferred
Ability to pass required background screening and hiring requirements

Responsibilities

Provide companionship and emotional support
Assist with personal care, bathing, dressing, and grooming
Help with mobility and transfers
Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed
Perform light housekeeping and laundry
Provide medication reminders
Support clients with Alzheimer's and dementia care
Observe and report changes in client condition
Follow individualized care plans while maintaining client dignity and independence
