Responsibilities

Assisting clients with personal care needs
Providing companionship, conversation, and emotional support
Assisting with mobility, transfers, and ambulation
Preparing meals and helping with light housekeeping
Providing medication reminders
Transporting clients to appointments and errands
Monitoring client safety, condition, and overall well-being
Helping clients maintain independence and established daily routines
Developing professional relationships with clients and their families
Applying caregiving knowledge and experience to deliver consistent, high-quality care
