About The Position
Sunset Woods Senior Living is seeking a Caregiver CNA/ CBRF to join their team. The role focuses on person-centered care, where exceptionally trained and dedicated team members provide assistance and support with activities of daily living to maximize independence while honoring dignity. The Caregiver supports residents with activities of daily living including personal hygiene, socialization, cognition, and physical health. Requirements
- Meets age requirements according to facility policy and state regulations.
- CBRF Class Certifications - Standard Precautions, First Aid and Choking and Fire Safety.
Nice To Haves
- Prior direct care experience preferred.
- High school diploma or GED.
Responsibilities
- Supports residents with activities of daily living including personal hygiene, socialization, cognition, and physical health.

- Exhibits a positive customer service attitude as demonstrated by being approachable, friendly, and willing to assist others.
- Displays personal initiative to complete work without constant supervision.
- Demonstrates consistent work attendance as scheduled and addresses work related problems with the proper individuals.
- Maintains confidentiality of both resident and staff information.
- Participates in designated facility in-services.
- Helps new staff learn job tasks and responsibilities.
