About The Position

We are looking for compassionate Caregivers to be part of our team and join us in our mission of enhancing seniors’ lives, one day at a time. You will work individually with clients, one-on-one, providing a variety of non-medical services that allows you to form relationships with seniors who desire to age in place in their own homes. HomeWell Care Services prides itself on providing the highest quality care for seniors and others needing individualized support and companionship at home. With locations across the U.S., we offer many opportunities for compassionate individuals who enjoy improving the quality of life of those around them, with numerous positions for varying levels of expertise, such as companion caregivers, certified aides and case managers.
Requirements
- Good communication skills
- Reliable transportation: only if transporting clients, must also have proof of a valid driver's license and auto insurance
- Must be physically able to perform the duties of this position
- Mature, caring, punctual, and reliable
- Pass a criminal background check (national and required by the state)
Responsibilities
- Companionship
- Light cooking and cleaning
- Bathing, grooming and toileting
- Assistance with ambulation and medication reminders
- Transportation for appointments and errands
