THEKEY is hosting a hiring event for Caregivers in Horry County and surrounding areas on Wednesday, September 30 from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm. On-the-spot interviews and hiring will be conducted based on qualifications. The company offers competitive pay rates ranging from $15.50 to $16.50 per hour, with a $150.00 sign-on bonus. Various shift availabilities including days, evenings, weekends, and overnights are offered, with both full-time and part-time schedule options. The role involves assisting clients with personal care, companionship, mobility support, and transportation within their homes. Requirements
- At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience
- At least 18 years of age
- Valid driver’s license, with access to a fully insured personal vehicle
- Must comply with state background screening requirements
- Must be eligible to work in the US
Responsibilities
- Assist clients 1:1 with personal care: assisting with dressing, grooming, bathing, and meals
- Provide companionship: social engagement, activities, and emotional support
- Offer transportation: driving clients to appointments and running errands
- Perform light housekeeping: basic cleaning, laundry, and organizing
