About The Position

Beztak Senior Living is seeking to hire a Caregiver to join their team. This position is responsible for providing exemplary personalized care that meets the physical and social needs of the resident. The role involves ensuring the comfort and safety of residents while assisting them with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as dressing, grooming, and bathing. The Caregiver will respond to resident needs in a caring and positive manner, encourage participation in daily activities to foster an engaging living environment, and may assist in various community activities. Additionally, the role includes assisting in the training and development of new employees, working in a high-pressure environment, interacting with difficult customers/vendors, handling urgent matters, resolving conflicts, and possessing effective interpersonal skills. The position may also require operating a company or personal vehicle for job duties.

Requirements

  • One-year experience in the field
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Candidates must be willing and able to drive for work-related purposes as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comfort and safety to residents while assisting them with Activities of Daily Living tasks; including dressing, grooming, and bathing

  • May assist in various community activities

  • Operating a company vehicle or personal vehicle (as required) to perform job duties. Candidates must be willing and able to drive for work-related purposes as needed.
