About The Position

PurposeCare is seeking qualified, dependable, honest, and reliable Home Health Aides, PCAs, DSPs, and CNA Caregivers to join their family and provide care for clients. The company is a leading provider of home care and home health services in the Midwest, serving over 3,000 clients monthly. They focus on coordinated care to keep clients healthy and safe at home, enabling them to live full lives in their community through the support of their caregivers and innovative technology. The role involves providing companion support and caring assistance to vulnerable individuals.

Requirements

• Minimum 18 years old
• Positive attitude, great communication skills, and ability to work independently
• Solid personal character with an empathetic personality
• Must be able to pass both a criminal background check and drug screen
• Must be comfortable performing personal care and grooming, meal prep, and light housekeeping

Responsibilities

• Provide companion support and caring assistance for clients.
• Perform personal care and grooming.
