About The Position
A patient's family is seeking a caregiver for their elderly father who suffers from dementia with occasional temper outbursts. The patient only speaks and understands Cantonese. This is a new position, and AI may be used in the screening process. Interviewed candidates will receive a status update within 45 days of their final interview. Canadian work experience is not required.
Requirements
- A passion to serve and help others live their best lives possible.
- High school diploma or G.E.D. certificate.
- Access to reliable transportation.
- Certified PSW or strong related experience.
Nice To Haves
- Patient only speaks and understand Cantonese.
Responsibilities
- Provide assistance with personal care.
- Assist with mobility, transfers and range of motion exercises.
- Provide companionship and respite services for the family.
