About The Position
SpringRidge Court is a well-established, CARF Accredited Community offering 70 apartments of Assisted Living and 14 apartments of Enliven (Memory Care). We offer competitive pay and great benefits, with a starting pay of $19-$20/hour and an additional $3/hour shift differential for weekend shifts. All shifts are available, including a "Weekend Warrior" option (full-time or part-time) with the weekend shift differential. Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.

- Any caregiving experience is great but not required.
Responsibilities
- Respond to resident needs promptly and kindly.
- Assist residents in their daily living activities (bathing, dressing, feeding, mobility, etc.).
- Transport residents as necessary, assisting them into and out of bed and wheelchairs.
- Listen to the amazing stories our residents have.
- Work with a care team to provide the best care and environment possible.
