About The Position
Lutheran Social Services of WI and Upper MI (LSS) is seeking a compassionate and dependable Community Supported Living (CSL) Caregiver to help individuals live independently and thrive in their communities. Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
- Ability to meet auto insurance requirements
Nice To Haves
- First Aid and CPR certification preferred (may be required after hire)
Responsibilities
- Providing individualized support, companionship, and guidance
- Assisting with daily living tasks, including housekeeping, meal preparation, hygiene, and organization
- Supporting wellness goals and medication monitoring (non-prescriber)
- Providing transportation and helping individuals access community resources and activities
- Encouraging independence, confidence, and community engagement
- Completing required documentation and participating in team meetings
- Attending training and professional development opportunities
