Requirements

• Good communication skills and reliability
• Ability to work independently and be punctual
• A caring, patient, and dependable personality
• Ability to work independently and follow care instructions
• Must meet state requirements for home care employment

Responsibilities

• Provide support and care to clients in their homes
• Help with daily tasks to make life easier for those who need it
• Be a friendly, dependable presence they can count on
• Keep clear records and communicate well with our team
• Provide personal care assistance (bathing, grooming, dressing, etc.)
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and safe ambulation
• Support clients with meal preparation and light housekeeping
• Offer companionship and emotional support
• Communicate all changes to the care team
• Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for clients
