Requirements

You are caring and compassionate
You enjoy helping others and making a difference
Being at least 18 years old
You have a Driver's license and reliable transportation (a Reliable car and current insurance are required).
Willingness to work a steady schedule of 20+ hours weekly (flexible part-time or full-time placement).

Previous experience taking care of the elderly IS A BIG PLUS FOR US!

Responsibilities

Create and maintain open communication with seniors, their families, and our staff
Assist with personal care
Companionship
Assist with all Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) as assigned
Working with seniors in their homes

Flexible scheduling that works with your availability
We reward flexibility. Work weekday nights for +$1/hr (6 pm to 6 am), weekend days for +$1.50/hr (6 am to 6 pm), or weekend nights for +$2/hr (6 pm to 6 am),simple as that.
