About The Position

Senior Helpers of Albuquerque is looking for compassionate individuals to help seniors age with dignity. This role offers higher pay for those who are certified nurse assistants (CNAs) or have prior experience as a caregiver. We are urgently hiring and offer a variety of shifts for immediate start.

Requirements

• A genuine desire to assist others and improve their quality of life
• Compassionate, patient, and understanding of the needs of our clients
• Must be 18+ years old
• Must have at least 1 year professional caregiving experience

Nice To Haves

• Car with insurance in your name is preferred
• Available on weekends is preferred

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain open communication with seniors, their families, and our staff
• Assist with personal care
• Companionship
• Assist with all Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) as assigned
