Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old
Proven reliability and punctuality are essential
A compassionate, patient, and service-minded personality
Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
Ability to pass a background check, motor vehicle check, and drug screening

Caregiving experience is preferred but not required

Responsibilities

Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and incontinence care
Support mobility, transfers, and fall prevention
Provide medication reminders and observe clients for changes
Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping
Provide companionship, conversation, and emotional support
Communicate promptly and professionally with clients, families, and office staff
Accurately document care and report changes in a client’s condition
