United Care is a privately owned home care agency that’s been around for almost 13 years. We provide non-medical, one-on-one support to older adults in the comfort of their own homes. Requirements
- Reliable and punctual
- Friendly, patient, and compassionate
- Able to work independently and follow care instructions
- Good communicator and attentive to details
- Respectful of each client’s privacy, dignity, and lifestyle
- Prior caregiving experience is a plus
- Active California Home Care Aide (HCA) registration
- Current TB test result or chest X-ray (per state regulations)
- Legally eligible to work in the U.S (valid ID, Social Security card, etc.)
- Valid driver's license and active car insurance.
Responsibilities
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Assist with light housekeeping and simple meal preparation
- Support daily routines such as grooming, medication reminders, and mobility assistance
- Help with errands or provide transportation as needed
- Observe and report changes in a client’s health, behavior, or environment
