About The Position

Acti-Kare Responsive In-Home Care is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and dedicated Caregiver to provide personalized in-home care to a client in Seattle, Washington. Requirements

Current CPR certification from the American Heart Association, as required for the assignment.
Compassionate, patient, respectful, and dependable approach to caregiving.
Ability to work independently and follow care instructions.
Basic meal preparation and light housekeeping skills.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and time-management skills.
Physical ability to perform essential caregiving duties.
Active CNA, HCA, or completion of training
Successful completion of a background check and reference verification.

Responsibilities

Assist with personal care, including bathing, hygiene, dressing, and grooming.
Help clients with mobility and safe ambulation inside and outside the home.
Prepare and serve meals while following dietary requirements.
Provide medication reminders as directed by the client's care plan.
Assist with prescribed exercises and recommended daily activities.
Provide companionship and encourage participation in meaningful activities.
Perform light housekeeping to maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable home.
Assist with shopping and accompany clients on errands when needed.
Observe and communicate changes in the client's condition or behavior.
Maintain effective communication with clients, families, and other care team members.
Follow established care plans and respond appropriately to emergencies or unusual situations.
