About The Position

Mentor Community Services, a part of the Sevita family, provides community-based services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This is a full-time group home caregiver position located near W. Dunlap Ave & N. 35th Ave in Phoenix, 85051. The role involves helping people grow, learn, and live well, developing meaningful relationships with individuals served, and supporting participants with developmental goals like budgeting, exercise, and nutrition. You will also assist people with their personal hygiene and support individuals who may have behavioral challenges and other complex needs. Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent
Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred
