About The Position
We are looking for a dependable and compassionate female caregiver to provide support and companionship for a client in Woodbridge, Virginia on an as-needed basis. This role is ideal for someone who has a flexible schedule and is available to pick up shifts when coverage is needed.
Requirements
- Female caregiver required for client comfort
- Previous caregiving or home care experience preferred
- Compassionate, patient, and reliable
- Good communication skills
- Ability to follow care instructions and care plans
- Must have dependable transportation
Responsibilities
- Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Prepare light meals and assist with feeding if needed
- Help with mobility and ensure client safety
- Perform light housekeeping related to the client’s care
- Observe and report any changes in the client’s condition
