About The Position
Visiting Angels of the Wellsburg and surrounding areas are looking for caregivers to become a part of our team! Visiting Angels provides a variety of non-medical services that allow us to work one-on-one with seniors to remain in their home and meet the challenges of aging with compassion, dignity and care. We’re looking for caring, dependable individuals to join our non-medical care giving team! You don’t have to be a nurse to make a difference. Sometimes, a friendly face, a helping hand, and a little compassion can mean the world to someone. Your next opportunity could be closer than you think!
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must be able to pass background checks and drug screening
Responsibilities
- Personal care assistance, including bathing, dressing, and toileting/incontinence care
- Mobility assistance and transfers
- Medication reminders
- Transportation to appointments and errands
- Meal preparation and light housekeeping
- Companionship and emotional support
