About The Position
Serengeti Care is hiring caregivers to provide compassionate, top-quality care to clients in their homes. The role supports clients’ comfort and well-being through companionship and assistance with personal care and daily living activities. Serengeti Care offers flexible schedules and a supportive team.
Requirements
- Must already possess the required Medicaid certification, obtained through previous employment or another approved training program.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must have a passion for caregiving.
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs. and assist with transfers.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Must pass a background check.
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate care and companionship to clients.
- Assist with personal hygiene, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
- Help with light housekeeping and meal preparation.
- Provide medication reminders.
- Support clients with daily living activities to promote their comfort and well-being.
- Bring joy, comfort, and dignity to clients.
