About The Position
TheKey is currently hiring experienced caregivers (CNA/PCA/HHA) to support clients in Hialeah and surrounding areas. Earn top pay rates starting at $15-$17 per hour while building a meaningful career in a growing industry. We offer flexible scheduling with full-time and part-time options available. Requirements
- At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience.
- At least 18 years of age.
- Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certificate.
- Valid driver's license with access to a fully insured personal vehicle.
- TB Clearance or Chest X-Ray.
- Must comply with state background screening requirements.
- Must be eligible to work in the US.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients 1:1 with personal care, including dressing, grooming, bathing, and meals.
- Provide companionship through social engagement, activities, and emotional support.
- Offer transportation services, driving clients to appointments and running errands.
- Perform light housekeeping duties such as basic cleaning, laundry, and organizing.
