Requirements

• Active MD CNA, GNA, or HHA certification
• Own reliable transportation
• 2+ years home care or healthcare experience
• CPR/First Aid certification
• Covid-19 Vaccinated
• Dependable, caring, and professional attitude

Responsibilities

• Help with bathing, dressing, grooming, and daily routines
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Assist with mobility and safety
• Support errands and appointments
• Keep the home clean, safe, and organized
• Give medication reminders as directed
• Meal preparation
• Notice and report changes in condition
• Communicate with families and the care team
