He is independent, enjoys great conversation, and appreciates caregivers who respect his independence while being available when he needs a helping hand. If you enjoy building relationships, working in a peaceful rural setting, and helping seniors remain safely at home, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and engaging conversation.
• Prepare or warm simple meals and encourage proper nutrition.
• Offer medication reminders.
• Assist with dressing when needed.
• Light housekeeping and maintaining a tidy home.
• Accompany your client outside to enjoy the fresh air and watch the horses.
• Encourage a short daily walk or gentle exercise.
• Document each visit in the home communication binder.
