About The Position

Always Best Care Albuquerque–Rio Rancho–Santa Fe is currently building a dedicated team of compassionate, dependable caregivers to provide 24/7 in-home care for a client in Los Alamos, New Mexico. This is an excellent opportunity for caregivers looking for consistent hours, competitive pay, and the opportunity to become part of a stable care team. We are developing a team of caregivers to provide around-the-clock care, 7 days a week. Multiple caregivers will work together to ensure dependable coverage and continuity of care. Because this is ongoing full-time care, we are looking for individuals who are reliable, compassionate, professional, and committed to providing excellent care.

Requirements

• Have a genuine passion for caring for seniors
• Are dependable and committed to their scheduled shifts
• Have reliable transportation
• Can work effectively as part of a coordinated care team
• Demonstrate professionalism, patience, and compassion
• Are comfortable providing one-on-one care in a client's home

Nice To Haves

• CNA, HHA, PCA, or previous caregiving experience is strongly welcomed.

Responsibilities
