About The Position

Freedom Caregivers is actively seeking Caregivers, HHAs, and STNAs for senior clients needing assistance at home in Mount Vernon, OH, and surrounding areas. As a Caregiver/Home Health Aide, you will have the rewarding opportunity to support clients with activities of daily living, provide emotional support, and foster meaningful connections that enhance their quality of life. Freedom Caregivers is a locally owned and operated home care agency that has been providing quality home care services since 2013. We offer a paid, comprehensive training program, training shifts, paid travel time, and mileage reimbursement. You will work with friendly and communicative supervisors who will accommodate your scheduling needs to promote work/life balance. Experience with caregiving is preferred, but a passion for helping seniors and making a difference is highly valued. We provide the training and support needed to begin earning a paycheck by making a difference as a caregiver, with opportunities for advancement as you learn. You can become a certified Home Health Aide in 1 year or less, earning higher pay and opportunities to advance. Working 1:1 with clients is less stressful, more rewarding, and promotes a better work/life balance than working in a care facility, food service, or retail. Our caregivers make a difference in their client’s lives every day by helping them maintain normal routines, reducing stress and anxiety, encouraging independence and self-directed care, postponing institutionalization and preventing premature decline, providing safe transport, and giving peace of mind and family support. Join us in creating moments of joy, comfort, and companionship for those we serve. Freedom Caregivers, Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
