Requirements

Reliable personal vehicle (car)
Valid driver’s license
Current auto insurance in your name (or proof you are covered)
Ability to lift 50 pounds minimum
Ability to pass a written competency evaluation, drug screen, and nationwide background check
Honest, energetic, and caring with a passion for helping others

Nice To Haves

HCA (Home Care Aide) certification or CNA license preferred, but not necessary (We’ll pay for training for qualified Caregivers !)

Responsibilities

Providing personal care such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility assistance
Supporting activities of daily living (ADLs) to promote safety and independence
Assisting with light housekeeping , meal preparation, and laundry
Offering companionship and positive social interaction
Providing medication reminders (as permitted) and routine wellness checks
Working primarily in clients’ homes with varying shift times and care needs (experience in dementia care or Alzheimer’s care is helpful, but not required)
