Requirements

  • Reliable personal vehicle (car)
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Current auto insurance in your name (or proof you are covered)
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds minimum
  • Ability to pass a written competency evaluation, drug screen, and nationwide background check
  • Honest, energetic, and caring with a passion for helping others

Nice To Haves

  • HCA (Home Care Aide) certification or CNA license preferred, but not necessary (We’ll pay for training for qualified Caregivers !)

Responsibilities

  • Providing personal care such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility assistance
  • Supporting activities of daily living (ADLs) to promote safety and independence
  • Assisting with light housekeeping , meal preparation, and laundry
  • Offering companionship and positive social interaction
  • Providing medication reminders (as permitted) and routine wellness checks
  • Working primarily in clients’ homes with varying shift times and care needs (experience in dementia care or Alzheimer’s care is helpful, but not required)
