Caregiver - In-Home Care
About The Position
AccentCare is hiring in-home caregivers to provide compassionate, one-on-one support that helps seniors and adults remain safely and comfortably in their own homes. The position is open to experienced caregivers and people with experience caring for a family member. Full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities are available, with flexible schedules and opportunities for career development and advancement. Pay is $11.60–$15.00 per hour. Full-time float caregivers may earn $14.50 or more per hour plus mileage reimbursement, and drivers may earn up to $15.00 per hour. Part-time and PRN caregivers earn $11.60–$15.00 per hour.
Requirements
- Be compassionate, dependable, and ready to help others.
- Reliable transportation is required.
- Ability to perform caregiving duties, including standing, walking, bending, and assisting clients as needed.
Nice To Haves
- Caregiving experience is helpful but not required.
- A current driver's license and auto insurance are preferred.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care and daily living activities.
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
- Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping.
- Offer medication reminders.
