About The Position

Griswold Home Care is hiring compassionate Caregivers, HHAs, and CNAs for daytime shifts who want to be part of a company that sees and supports them. The role involves helping seniors live independently in their own homes by providing personal care, companionship, meal preparation, medication reminders, transportation assistance, and accurate documentation of care activities. The company is mission-driven and committed to supporting both clients and Care Professionals.

Requirements

• A heart for caregiving and compassion for others
• 6+ months of caregiving experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license + current auto insurance -or- Reliable transportation
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Able to pass background checks
• 2 professional references

Responsibilities

• Personal Care: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting
• Companionship and conversation
• Meal Preparation and light housekeeping
• Medication Reminders
• Transportation Assistance (appointments, errands)
• Accurate Documentation of care activities
