About The Position

Visiting Angels is seeking caring and dependable caregivers in Glenside, PA, particularly those residing near Ivy Rehab Physical Therapy. This role focuses on providing companionship, emotional support, and assistance with daily living activities to clients in their own homes. Requirements

• At least 2 years of professional caregiving experience
• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable vehicle with current auto insurance
• Recent TB test or willingness to complete the required testing
• Dependable, patient, and compassionate
• Someone who treats clients with kindness and respect
• ALL APPLICANTS MUST BE ABLE TO PROVIDE PROOF OF VACCINATION.

Nice To Haves

• CNA, HHA, PCA, or home-care experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Help with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care
• Assist with walking, transfers, and everyday activities
• Prepare meals and provide medication reminders
• Help with light housekeeping and laundry
• Assist with errands and transportation when needed
• Follow each client’s care plan and preferences
• Notice and report changes in the client’s needs
• Help clients feel safe, comfortable, and respected
