Requirements
- Previous caregiving experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and assist with mobility.
- Compassionate, patient, and dependable with a strong work ethic.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.
- Ability to pass background checks and comply with company policies.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients’ well-being.
- Help with medication reminders and basic health monitoring as needed.
- Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a safe and comfortable environment.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure quality care.
- Maintain detailed records of care provided and report any changes in clients’ conditions.
