About The Position

Korean Women's Association (KWA) in Centralia, WA is seeking compassionate individuals to join their team as full- or part-time Caregivers. Requirements

  • Be 18+ years old.
  • Have reliable personal transportation.
  • Hold a valid Washington State driver's license and auto insurance.
  • Be willing to become certified as a home care worker within a set amount of time.
  • Satisfactorily pass a criminal history and reference check.

Nice To Haves

  • High school diploma, GED, or a foreign equivalent.
  • Experience as a caregiver or in a similar role.
  • A compassionate demeanor and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with morning routines.
  • Engage in meaningful conversations and provide companionship.
  • Provide assistance with daily activities.
  • Help with personal hygiene.
  • Prepare nutritious meals.
