Requirements

Ability to communicate effectively and work independently.
Compassionate, patient, and reliable with a strong work ethic.
Must be able to pass background check

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is a plus but not required.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with daily living activities such as grooming, bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a safe and clean environment.
Monitor clients' health and report any changes to the nursing staff or family members as appropriate.
Follow all care plans and protocols to ensure client safety and well-being.
