About The Position
This is a heartwarming opportunity for compassionate providers who love making a difference! We work with members throughout Wisconsin to find providers that fit each of their needs. Our goal is to help individuals be in more control of their own supports and to have a say in who is assisting them. This helps them to stay in their own homes as long as possible. We’re looking for a dedicated Housekeeper/Caregiver to assist a Mom-Son duo in their own home. If you are compassionate, reliable, and looking to make a difference in the life a of a family, this may be the position for you! (If you are allergic to cats, this is not the position for you.) This role is hands-on, meaningful, and centered on respect, patience, and consistency.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable vehicle
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check

- Experienced with Physical Limitations and Adult Mental Health
- Reliable, dependable, and professional
- Patient and respectful of personal boundaries
- Comfortable working in a family-home environment
- Preferably older, experienced caregivers
Responsibilities
- Assisting with personal care tasks (showering, toileting, hygiene)
- Teaching and reinforcing daily living skills
- Providing verbal encouragement and motivation
- Assisting with laundry for the household
- Meal prep and cooking
- Light housekeeping and dishes
- Grocery shopping, errands, and appointments
