12-Hour Caregiver – Consistent Schedule
About The Position
Visiting Angels is hiring compassionate, dependable Caregivers in the Jenkintown area! We are especially looking for caregivers who can provide at least 12 hours of availability per week and are willing to work with our clients based on their care needs and scheduling requirements. Requirements
- Minimum 12 hours of availability per week
- CNA, HHA, DC certification, or equivalent caregiving experience preferred
- Previous caregiving experience preferred
- Compassionate, reliable, patient, and trustworthy
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to complete required documentation and meet company requirements
- Valid driver’s license and insured vehicle preferred for applicable assignments
- ALL APPLICANTS MUST BE ABLE TO PROVIDE PROOF OF VACCINATION.
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate companionship and emotional support
- Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Prepare meals and provide medication reminders
- Assist with mobility and daily activities
- Perform light housekeeping and laundry
- Help with errands and grocery shopping when needed
- Support clients in maintaining their independence and dignity
- Communicate client needs and changes to the office team
