About The Position

Join TheKey today and help us change the way the world ages! We are urgently hiring caregivers and offer top pay rates of $15.50-$17.00 per hour, with potential for more if care is extensive. We have openings for all shifts, with both full-time and part-time positions available.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience
- At least 18 years of age
- HCA Registration with the State of California (we can help you obtain this upon hire) including meeting state background requirements
- Valid driver’s license, with access to a fully insured personal vehicle
- TB Clearance or Chest X-Ray

Responsibilities
- Assist clients 1:1 with personal care: dressing, bathing, grooming and assisting with meals
- Perform light housekeeping: basic cleaning, laundry, and organizing
- Provide transportation: Driving clients to appointments, running errands, and grocery shopping
- Offer companionship: engaging in games, puzzles or other activities that provide social and emotional support
