Requirements

• Must be 18 or older
• Valid driver's license + reliable transportation
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Able to pass a background check

Nice To Haves

• Experience with dementia or behavioral care
• Familiarity with hoyer lifts and gait belts

Responsibilities

• Offering companionship to foster meaningful connections
• Assisting with personal hygiene and mobility to ensure dignity and comfort
• Preparing meals and maintaining a clean, safe environment through light housekeeping
• Providing transportation to appointments or outings to keep clients engaged
• Giving medication reminders to support their health

Benefits

• Competitive pay: $16.75–$18.25/hour (based on experience, CNA, or Dementia Certification)
• Minimum $27.50 per shift Training/GUIDE Respite Rate: $16.75/hour
• Raises after 60 days + annual reviews
• Generous bonus after 60 days (20+ hours/week + required documents completed)
