About The Position
We are seeking Passionate Caregivers to serve clients with special needs! These are for long term assignments. We are looking for caring, reliable, and compassionate individuals to join our team and provide exceptional care to our clients. Requirements
- Previous caregiver experience required
- Must register as a Home Care Aide with CDSS
- 18 years old and a High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of automobile insurance are required
- Ability to pass a live scan background check and drug screening
- CPR certification
- TB test or chest x-ray
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate, patient, and dependable attitude
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Help with light housekeeping and laundry
- Monitor and report changes in clients’ well-being or behavior
- Follow care plans and safety protocols
- Assist with medication reminders
- Provide transportation or accompany clients to appointments as needed
- Foster independence and promote social interaction
