About The Position

We are looking for a dedicated Caregiver to join our team in Aliso Viejo and make a meaningful difference every day. This role involves assisting clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs), providing companionship, and ensuring their quality of life. Requirements

Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance
Physically able to assist with transfers and mobility
Push/pull up to 50 lbs
Lift up to 30 lbs
Strong communication and documentation skills (written and in-app)
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
Willing to work flexible shifts, including some weekends
Must be at least 18 years old
High school diploma or GED required

Nice To Haves

Experience with ADLs & IADLs (professional or personal caregiving)
CNA, HHA, or similar certifications preferred (not required)

Responsibilities

Assist clients with ADLs (Activities of Daily Living), including: Bathing, Dressing, Grooming, Toileting, Mobility assistance
Support IADLs (Instrumental Activities of Daily Living), including: Meal preparation, Light housekeeping, Medication reminders, Errands, Transportation
Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance quality of life
Observe and report any changes in client condition
