Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent
A compassionate heart (ideally with one year of experience caring for seniors or those with disabilities).
Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening
Valid driver's license and auto insurance
Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills

Responsibilities

Assist our clients with their daily routines, including gentle help with bathing, grooming, dressing, and preparing nutritious, home-cooked meals.
Keep a caring eye on our clients' well-being, documenting their progress and ensuring their health needs are always a top priority.
Foster a warm, safe, and organized living space where clients feel secure and respected.
Adhere to health and safety policies and regulations
Lend a hand with light housekeeping and laundry to keep the home running smoothly.
Safely escort and transport clients to medical appointments and important errands, helping them stay connected to their community.
