About The Position

We are hiring compassionate In-Home Caregivers for day and overnight shifts. Whether you want steady full-time hours or a flexible PRN schedule, we’ll work with your availability. As a Caregiver, you’ll provide essential support to clients in their homes, helping them stay safe, comfortable, and independent.

Requirements

• Experience in caregiving, home health, or assisted living preferred
• Experience with dementia, Alzheimer’s, or disabilities is a plus
• Compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused
• Ability to assist with lifting and transfers
• CPR & First Aid certification required (or willingness to obtain)
• Must follow HIPAA and care plan guidelines

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily activities (ADLs): bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility
• Monitor and record vital signs
• Provide medication reminders and support per care plans
• Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping
• Provide companionship and transportation to appointments or errands
• Use equipment such as Hoyer lifts and transfer devices (if needed)
• Report changes in client condition to the care team
