About The Position
Wyndemere Senior Living, located in Wheaton, IL, is a continuum of care community specializing in providing a supportive living environment to its residents. They are seeking Resident Assistants and Certified Nursing Assistants to work alongside nursing staff to ensure the highest level of care for Assisted Living residents. The application process is designed to be quick, taking less than 10 minutes.
Requirements
- A desire to provide a high level of care and customer service is required
- Excellent organizations skills
- Must be able to stand/walk for up to 70% of the work day
- Continuous standing, turning, stooping, bending, stretching, and lifting up to 95% of the workday

Responsibilities
- Provide residents with high quality care and assistance with tasks of daily living
- Document care and provide updates to nurses
- Answers assistance calls promptly
- Changes bed linens, makes beds and keeps rooms neat and orderly
- Demonstrates teamwork by helping co-workers within and across departments. Communicates effectively with others, respects diverse opinions and styles, acknowledges the assistance and contributions of others, and demonstrates professionalism.
