Requirements

Experience in caregiving, particularly with dementia patients, is preferred.
Certification in CPR and First Aid is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Compassionate and patient demeanor.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
Must pass background checks and drug screening.
High school diploma or equivalent; further education in healthcare is a plus.

Responsibilities

Provide personalized care and support to clients with dementia.
Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
Engage clients in meaningful activities to stimulate cognitive function.
Monitor and document changes in clients' conditions and report to healthcare professionals.
Ensure a safe and comfortable environment for clients.
Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members.
Adhere to care plans and follow established protocols.
Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance caregiving skills.
