As part of one of the fastest‑growing home care networks worldwide, we're proud to welcome caregivers in the Salt Lake area who are ready to make a difference. We currently have an opening for a caregiver to provide care in Herriman. The schedule includes Wednesday and Friday (12‑hour shifts) and Sundays (5 hours). This role involves supporting with dignity, compassion, and respect. Caregivers who are dedicated to making a positive difference are encouraged to apply.

Requirements

Must be 18 or older
Valid driver's license and car
Eligible to work in the U.S.
Able to pass a background check

Responsibilities

Offering companionship and emotional support
Assisting with hygiene and mobility
Preparing meals and light housekeeping
Providing transportation to appointments or outings
Giving medication reminders
Building meaningful connections that foster well‑being

Benefits

Competitive pay: $17.00–$18.25/hour (based on experience, CNA, or Dementia Certification)
Minimum $27.50 per shift
Training/GUIDE Respite Rate: $17.00/hour
Raises after 60 days + annual reviews
Generous bonus after 60 days (20+ hours/week + required documents completed)
Mileage reimbursement between client visits
