About The Position
The Caregiver provides clients various personal care and homemaker/companion services in accordance with an established plan of care so that they can remain in their residence.
Requirements
- Must be experienced in transfers.
- 1 yr+ caregiving experience
Responsibilities
- Provide assistance with bed bathing, changing, personal care.
- Provide transfer from bed to chair.
- Provide assistance with basic activities of daily living, provide companionship.
- Perform homemaking activities which include: vacuuming, dusting, sweeping or mopping floors, doing dishes, changing bed linens, doing laundry and cleaning bathrooms.
- Provide companionship and respite services for family.
- Medication Assistance Services (with RN supervision and delegation)
