Korean Women's Association (KWA) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization founded in 1979, recognized for its commitment to the community and its ability to serve diverse populations in Washington state. KWA provides support and services in areas such as senior wellness, in-home care, benefits enrollment, citizenship, affordable housing, and community health navigation. Requirements
- To be 18+ years
- To have reliable personal transportation
- To hold a valid Washington State driver's license and auto insurance
- Be willing to become certified as a home care worker within a set amount of time
- Be able to satisfactorily pass a criminal history and reference check
Nice To Haves
- Experience as a caregiver or in a similar role
- A high school diploma, GED, or a foreign equivalent
- A compassionate demeanor and excellent communication skills
