Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior caregiving experience is a plus but not required
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to travel within the Tri-Cities and surrounding areas.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to providing exceptional client care.
- Ability to pass background checks
Responsibilities
- Provide in-home care services tailored to the individual needs of clients in the Johnson City, TN area and surrounding communities.
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, meal preparation, medication reminders, and light housekeeping.
- Support client mobility
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided and client progress.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure high-quality care.
- Adhere to all company policies and regulatory requirements to ensure safety and compliance.
