About The Position

Options for Senior America is seeking reliable and compassionate caregivers (CNA / HHA / PCA) for a part-time position in Prince Frederick/Benedict, MD. This role offers consistent weekday hours (approximately 20-25 hours/week) with ideal mid-day hours, promoting work-life balance. The position focuses on providing meaningful companionship, light daily support with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), mobility monitoring for fall prevention, meal preparation, and occasional transportation to appointments. A new Reliability & Responsibility Bonus Program is launching in 2026 to reward consistent attendance and professional excellence. The environment is low-stress with minimal physical demand, focusing on one-on-one care and building a genuine bond with a warm, pleasant client. The company uses the AxisCare app for scheduling and clock-ins. They are looking for a long-term caregiver to become a permanent part of the client's life.

Requirements

• CNA, HHA, PCA, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Punctual and dependable.
• Must have a reliable vehicle for occasional client transport.
• Genuine enjoyment of senior care and companionship.

Responsibilities
