About The Position

This is a full-time group home caregiver position located near W. Dunlap Ave & N. 35th Ave in Phoenix, 85051. As a Caregiver at Sevita, you will engage in rewarding work helping people grow, learn, and live well. You will develop real, meaningful relationships with the individuals you serve and experience ownership and trust from your leaders to do what’s right for participants. The role involves taking initiative to help participants be part of the community and enjoy their favorite activities, as well as supporting them with developmental goals like budgeting, exercise, and nutrition. You will also assist individuals with their personal hygiene and provide support to those who may have behavioral challenges and other complex needs.
